  • Somatic Body Work uses a woven network of signature Body Mapping Techniques to intuitively tap into your system and move alongside it to release stagnant energy, stored emotion, and repressed memory.

    Somatic Body Work helps to

  • This is a guided experience through your body, mind, and senses.

    Using a blend of signature Body Mapping Techniques alongside guided movements and postures, we work with the body’s natural intelligence to meet what’s ready to shift — tracking patterns, releasing blocks, and creating space for you to inhabit yourself more fully.

    Optional Erotic Embodiment Studio Focus
    For those curious about specifically tracking how erotic energy moves through the body, this focus offers a deeper lens within the Embodiment Studio. We work with the Body Mapping Method to notice, unlock, and express the currents of erotic energy — the raw aliveness that fuels creativity, desire, and deeper connection to self — moving through your body.

  • Engage in a larger than self journey with your psyche through the power of scene play. By using the Body Mapping Method to explore stepping into your inner submission. Together, we can re-create, re-cast, and re-imagine the scenes that shape your inner and outer worlds.

    This practice opens doors to:

    • Explore your senses, imagination, and play

    • Expand your capacty to recieve deeply, devotedly, and gracefully

    • Experience unconditional safety and acceptance

    • Face your shadow: play with the parts of yourself that you keep hidden, your power, your desires, and your fears

    • Notice the blocks that come up in and stand in your way of receiving what you are most deeply desiring

    • Expand your permission field for your wide tastes of desire

    Reiki is a Japanese art form of laying hands with intention. The literal translation of the word is Rei “universial sprit” and Ki “vital life force energy”.

    The life force energy is autonomically directed through your system to aid the places your body needs it most.
