    Using a blend of signature Body Mapping and Neuro Energetics alongside guided movements and postures, we work with the body’s natural intelligence to meet what’s ready to shift — tracking patterns, releasing blocks, and creating space for you to inhabit yourself more fully.

    For those curious about specifically tracking how erotic aliveness moves through the body, this focus offers a deeper lens within the Body Mapping Studio. We work with the Body Mapping Method to notice, unlock, and track the currents of erotic aliveness — the basic human energy that fuels creativity, desire, and deeper connection to self — moving through your body.
